We are strategic leadership advisors dedicated to expanding the talent and capability of our client companies at both the individual and team level. We help investors and their companies secure a competitive edge by backing the best people and fully leveraging their leadership talents.
We pride ourselves on an agile, high-touch (but light-footprint) approach to assessment that addresses each of our clients’ specific needs. There are no one-size-fits-all solutions here – we are partners first and add value across the board.
Our style is conversational; depending on the type of engagement, we will cover topics ranging from individual background and experience to the company’s culture and capabilities more broadly. Our goal is “executive convenience.” While it is most often necessary to meet in-person, we will find a mutually convenient date/time and location in which to conduct the meeting.
We ask that the executives we meet with complete a brief series of online leadership assessments in advance of our time together. Instructions and a link to get started will be shared via email by a member of our team.
