Karin works across a spectrum of solutions delivering strategic organizational insights while also articulating how a growth strategy or transformation will translate to key members of the management team. This is reflected in a career history that is difficult to boil down to key highlights: building and defining the HR Business Partner team at Magic Leap, leading assessment and development projects for Egon Zehnder, and defining the vision and operating model to drive transformation for Deloitte’s Organization & Talent Business Unit.
