Devon is the perfect point person to drive large-scale, time-sensitive executive and organizational diligence processes. Called upon to handle Linkage’s international work as Senior Project Manager, his role was to be the hub of each engagement, connecting executives and consultants around the globe. Devon streamlined complicated logistics and harmonized multiple stakeholder groups through deliberate, proactive communication and an always-sunny disposition. His belief in the expression, “Choose your attitude” is to thank for his positive outlook and cross-functional collaboration: as he so rightly puts it, “Attitude is a language that spans the globe.” As a result, he quickly elevated to take on much of the responsibility for strategic account management as Client Engagement Manager.
